This notice describes information collected through this website when you request a residential cleaning estimate.

What we collect

We collect the name, email, phone number, ZIP code or neighborhood, property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, approximate size, service type, preferred date, optional details, and contact consent you provide. We also record the request time and reference.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your request, clarify your cleaning needs, prepare an estimate, check availability, and coordinate a service you choose to arrange. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or subscribe you to marketing.

Where requests go

Requests are stored in a private database hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Request records are accessible through the Site owner’s private management tools and are not published on the website. If email alerts are enabled, the email provider, Resend, receives a request reference and the business notification address; the alert does not include your form details. We may contact you using the email address or phone number you provided.

Form security and cookies

The form uses a temporary, first-party security cookie to help verify submissions. We use a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests; the application does not store your raw IP address. Hosting providers may process technical connection information as part of delivering and protecting the service. This website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics service.

Retention and your choices

We keep request information while needed for follow-up, providing a requested service, and necessary business records. You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your request information by emailing teolee1696@outlook.com. Include your request reference if available. We may need to verify your request and retain information where necessary to meet applicable obligations.

Please leave sensitive details out

Do not submit access codes, passwords, payment details, identification documents, or other sensitive information in this form. Access arrangements can be discussed separately if you choose to proceed.
